Hey Ya'll. Let's make Agriculture a priority together!

If I, a woman raised in a world far removed from Agriculture, can make it a point to advocate for where her food comes from, ANYONE can! 

Hiya! I’m Emma, an Elementary Ag teacher. No, I wasn’t raised on a family farm. But since moving to Tennessee years ago, I’ve made it a point to immerse myself in all aspects of Agriculture. Although I was learning a lot, I never felt like I had a right to spread my knowledge to others. I had this belief that “No one would listen to a woman from California who wasn’t raised on a family farm.” But the Lord can do some amazing things. He’s turning one of my greatest insecurities into one of my greatest strengths. Let’s work to make Agriculture a priority in all classrooms, so every child has the confidence to share where their food comes from.
